Maintenance
As with any property there is ongoing maintenance that needs to be performed. Unlike your own home however, putting off the maintenance may reduce the rentability of your property.
Gardening is an ongoing maintenance task (if you have one) that needs to be kept up. Lawns need to be mowed, weeds need to be pulled and trees need to be pruned. If you can't do the work yourself then you will need to engage the services of a garden maintenance company.
Other maintenance tasks that need to be thought about are:
- painting - internal and external
- replacement of bed mattresses
- cleaning gutters
- oiling decks
